David Silverman is a four-time Emmy Award winner for Outstanding Animated Program for his direction of the long-standing hit TV series, The Simpsons. Silverman was with the show from the beginning and is largely credited for creating most of the “rules” for drawing the Simpsons. He is also the director of The Simpsons Movie, released in 2007 as well as other animated feature films including The Road to El Dorado and Monsters, Inc. He has also served as an animated consultant on films such as Ice Age and Looney Tunes: Back in Action.
